Tigné Point is Malta’s award winning premier seafront address. Conceived as a mixed use lifestyle development, the project is best known for its luxurious seafront apartments.
MIDI plc, the consortium behind Tigné Point, commenced work on the project in June 2000 and to date 349 residential units have been sold to a selection of both local and international buyers. Works are now well underway on the North Phase, which includes the Q1 and Q2 waterfront residential blocks, as well as The Centre, a new state-of-the-art office block.
The residential component comprises just 55 per cent of the total area of the complex which is almost all fully pedestrianized and offers residents the option of private parking directly under their respective apartment blocks, with ample more to be found under the central piazza.
Pjazza Tigné is the largest public square in the surrounding Sliema district and the heart of Tigné Point. The contemporary design will incorporate open plan office spaces with unobstructed views of the sea and Pjazza Tigné.
