The Belvedere Walkway

The pedestrian belvedere, located on the south side of Tigné Point and leading from the Sliema Ferries to the foreshore restaurants, offers waterfront views of Marsamxett Harbour and the capital Valletta. It is a popular walking and jogging rout for both residents and visitors alike.

The Belvedere Vista Point

The Vista Point at the southern periphery of Tigné Point is a ‘floating’ structure which protrudes out over the sea providing a great vantage point where one can take in the panoramic harbour views. It also offers pedestrian access into the development from the Sliema Ferries.

Caravaggio Court Residences

Caravaggio Court encompasses the gated residential blocks of T4F, T4B, T5F and T5B. The blocks are set around landscaped courtyards and were the first units to have been completed at Tigné Point.

The Garden Battery

The Garden Battery consists of a number of gun emplacements along the coast and was constructed by the British military in 1894 to connect Fort Tigné to the adjacent Cambridge Battery. In recent years the battery was restored by the MIDI group and is planned to be incorporated into a publicly accessible landscaped area as part of the final phase of the Tigné Point project.

Favray Court Residences

Favray Court is the 2nd residential cluster in Tigné Point South and includes blocks T6F, T6B, T7F and T7B.

Previ Court Residences

The Previ Court is the 3rd residential cluster in Tigné Point south sector and comprises of blocks T8F, T8B, T9F and T9B.

The Clock Tower Block

The Clock Tower Block, is enveloped by the reconstructed façades of the former Sergeants’ Mess and the Regimental Institute which formed part of the old British Military base at Tigné. The main feature of the building is the iconic clock tower located at the building’s halfway point. Following the restoration works by MIDI group the Clock Tower Block was handed to the government and today comprises a number of government offices, club houses and private apartments.

The Point Shopping Mall

The Point shopping mall opened its doors in 2010 and is considered Malta’s premier retail destination offering a vast selection of exclusive brands from fashion, accessories and makeup to tech and children’s toys as well as a range of casual eateries, all conveniently located under one roof.

The Foreshore Restaurants

Set in a tranquil environment along the southern foreshore and benefiting from scenic views one finds the exclusive Fumeria (currently under refurbishment) and Chophouse restaurants, which provide a selection of mouth-watering fish and meat dishes respectively.

Fort Tigné

Fort Tigné was built in 1792 by the Order of St John to strengthen the defence of Marsamextt harbour and Valletta. The fort witnessed gallant resistance to Napoleon forces in 1789 and was later garrisoned by British forces from 1805 until 1979.

Pjazza Tigné

Located at the hearth of the Tigné Point development is Pjazza Tigné, a central hub for a vibrant mix of exclusive shops, café and restaurants. At 2,500sqm the piazza is the largest open public square in the Sliema district.

The Piazza Apartments

Above Pjazza Tigné’s shops and restaurants one finds a series of duplex apartments aptly named the Piazza apartments. Divided into three blocks, P4, P7 and P9, these conveniently located units provide flexible, bright living spaces with vibrant views of piazza life.

The Residents' Swimming Pool

The residents’ swimming pool at Tigné Point is situated close to the southern shoreline. The location provides for all-day direct sunlight and unhindered views of Valletta and the harbour area. The pool season generally commences in mid-May and runs to mid-October.

Q1 Residences

Located in the northern sector of the development and designed by the Maltese architect firm Martin Xuereb & Associates the Q1 residential block consists of 35 apartments and 3 penthouses all of which benefit from open sea views.

Q2 Residences

The latest residential offering at Tigné Point is Q2, a waterfront block consisting of 60 units with a variety of layouts, many of which provide unparalleled views of the open sea. Located in the north of the development and at the water’s edge, Q2 provides residents with a stylish and modern environment which is further enhanced by the views and the proximity to the retail and office components at Tigné Point.

The Spider Bridge

The 40 metre cycle and pedestrian bridge connects Tigné Point South and Pjazza Tigné to the Q residential towers and the seafront promenade on the north side of the development.

T10 Residences

The T10 block at the north-eastern edge of the development consist of 59 residential units. Designed behind a sleek glass and marble façade, many of the T10 apartments offer stylish and expansive terraces with views of Valletta and/or the open sea.
