For your convenience we have sent a copy of your Membership Order Form to the email address you provided in the application form. Please check your email Junk folder in case you have not received the email.
WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
A member of our staff will contact you shortly to advise when your pool membership cards will be ready to collect from the MIDI sales office. The sales office is located in Pjazza Tigné. Once notification is received, kindly proceed to settle payment for your order either by Debit/Credit Card at the sales office or by Bank Transfer.
Option 1: Payment by Debit/Credit Card
Once you receive confirmation that your pool membership cards are ready to collect you may proceed to the sales office to affect payment by debit or credit card. Please ensure that you take your Membership Order Form with you.
Option 2: Payment by Bank Transfer
Alternatively, you can send payment via bank transfer. For bank transfers kindly ensure that your payment reference, when effecting payment, is your block and apartment number. MIDI’s bank account detail are provided in the confirmation email you will receive. Once MIDI receives payment, we will notify you to collect your pool membership cards from the sales office. Please ensure that you take your Membership Order Form with you.
IMP NOTE: Payment by cheque or cash is not accepted.
