MIDI plc has commenced works on a new 13 storey block situated on the foreshore at Tigné Point.
Set directly on the water and commanding views that range from the Qui Si Sana seafront all the way to Valletta, this block will house 35 apartments and three stunning duplex penthouses.
Their prime location, as well as their status as one of the last remaining residential blocks at Tigné Point, combine to assure their market appeal and long term investment value.
All excavation works, underground parking bays, roads and service network routes are already complete. Civil works to the superstructure kicked off this week and a show apartment on the ground floor of this block is planned to be finished prior to the release of the apartments for sale later this year.
All the apartments in this new block have corner, semi-detached layouts and while the mix and sizes of the units themselves are varied they will include duplex penthouses as well as two and three bedroomed apartments with open views.
The Block has been designed by aoM partnership whist architects and designers Martin Xuereb and Associates (MXA) have been engaged to create the interiors of these apartments. MXA will be creating a selection of different styles for the various apartment types and clients buying into the development early will be able to select from these according to their preferred style. All apartments will be delivered highly finished inclusive of HVAC centralized air-conditioning, access control and fire detection systems.
Over 98% of the apartments already constructed in the award-winning Tigné Point project have been sold and handed over to their respective owners.
