Works to the latest block released at Tigné Point, Q1, are now at a very advanced stage with many of the apartments approaching final completion.
Practically all of the internal mechanical, electrical and finishing fit-out works within the apartments have been completed on all floors excluding the penthouses. Finishing works have also reached a very advanced stage in the lobbies as well as the block’s main entrance. External rendering works have been completed and practically all aluminium apertures on the building are now installed and this has given the block a smart and particularly distinctive appearance, both from Pjazza Tigné and from the sea.
External paving and planting works between blocks Q1 and T10 are also in their final stages. In the underlying basement levels all mechanical and electrical systems have been installed and are currently being commissioned. Road marking and numbering works have been concluded and all access controlled entrance/exit gates, as well as fire safety doors are also in place. Private garage doors should be installed shortly.
